Reservations are binding only after receipt of a deposit and our written confirmation. No refund will be given in case of cancellations. For late arrivals, early departures or free beds the booked period will be fully charged.
The apartments are at disposal from 14.00 o'clock on the day of arrival till 9.30 o'clock on the day of departure. After 22:00 respect the silence of the night (radio and TV at low volume).
Guests are kindly requested not to enter the apartment with ski boots. Use of the apartment, furniture and equipment with caution, as if it were your own home; otherwise the damages must be paid. For pets we ask for separate charge.
